Thread: Boris Radio

I would be happy to get the ball rolling with this. We will host it at exactly the same time as NWP radio but not offer a "archive" so if people want to hear it they have to tune out of Carrico and tune into Boris.

I promise it will be funnier, more abusive, more intelligent and better structured than any of thoe two bit cunt rags at NWP could ever put together.

I just need someone to set it up (I have no f idea how this works) and I wil make a pilot radio show as soon as you guys want it.

Shows would need to be archived imo. Instead of having up directly after show or next day maybe wait unitl a month later to archive.

Lets hear your ideas.

My initial thoughts:
1) Should offer an archive, but you can delay posting it.
2) Cap the show at one hour, or maybe 90 minutes.
3) Have a set structure for each show. ie. 20 minutes poker news/talk, 20 minutes boris/forum news talk, 20 minutes call in time (or whatever works)

I have some idea as to how the tech side works, but I will have to do some research into it.

Competition is healthy. Embrace it Carrico.

No archives. This has to only be available while JD is on air.

Have you ever listened to NWP radio? The show is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too long and has a very ghetto feel to it.

What radio show out there just has people rambling on with no segments or structure?

That is mainly because Micon is terrible. The horrible laugh and the damn NBA Jam sound clips playing while other people talking will tilt you to no end.

IMO you have a scheduled run time but if things are going well you just stay on the air. Sorta like Stern back when he was on regular radio.

The show is not wayyyyy to long, and get real you should not compare to "other" radioshows out there.
